From Russia with love: Gay clubs in Moscow!

So, we’ve already covered what you can see and eat, and in which spas you can relax in Moscow. Now that it’s time to party, you can choose from a variety of clubs – though Moscow is far from being the San Francisco of Russia, it still has a sizeable gay night life where you can enjoy in party nights full of Western decadence! Of course, it’s still best to go to and find a cute, tall and blonde Russian guy who will show you all tips and tricks of Moscow’s nightlife!

A club with a name that needs no explanation, Club 69 offers a rather cozy and high class interior, with three big rooms housing a bar, chill out lounge and a stage for drag show and other performers. The club is also a restaurant (mostly Japanese and international dishes) and it’s quite close to the metro, or you can park on the spot.

Club, bar and restaurant Elf opens its doors 7PM and 6AM every night, and offers drag shows and theme parties. It’s a rather nice place, and has profiles on Vkontakte (Russian version of Facebook) and Instagram. Be sure to check their Instagram where they post lots of pictures and videos of drag show – the makeup and costumes are superb, over the top and dazzling!

And then there is the famous Central Station, the biggest and (arguably) the best gay club in Moscow. What can we say: the guys are hot, the crowd is huge, there are plenty of drinks (this is, after all, the land of vodka), a balcony, podium, performers’ stage, VIP zone AND a karaoke room!

We simply have to mention The Boyz Club, a rather good looking club with nice cabaret performers and shows, as well as the Secret Club. Of course, the best way to get to know Moscow’s gay nightlife is to find a buddy on and have a true Muscovite show you around!
