Thanks, Mexico: Gay marriage is legal in Jalisco!

We have already written about restless nights and hot gay entertainment in Guadalajara, Mexico’s second largest city and the capitol of Jalisco – and the good news is that Jalisco is the last Mexican state to legalize gay marriage! After the states of Chihuahua, Coahuila and Quintana Roo (yes, Chihuahua dog breed was named after a state, not the other way round) as well as the capitol Mexico City, Jalisco, months ago, joined the ranks of states where marriage between two guys is legal!

Besides, Puerto Vallarta is there (everyone’s favorite spring break destination) with its fabulous gay events – so it’s no wonder that the Supreme Court of Mexico struck down the state law of Jalisco which defined the marriage as a union between man and woman. Late in January the decision has been reached – and now gay couples can get married in all of Mexico! You’d better start booking your wedding destinations soon, because the early birds are going to take all the good places!
