When we’re writing about UK, we’re usually focused on London – but Scotland, with its tolerant climate and major politicians being LGBT is getting to be more and more popular with gay tourist and on yec.com! And this news just shows that Glasgow might be a good choice when it comes to gay travels: a cop walks into a gay bar and stays for karaoke!
Of course, it wasn’t that simple: police were called after a guy threw his drinks, made a fuss and tried to come back after he was kicked out of the bar. The bar in question is Waterloo gay bar, and the police were quick to respond: almost a dozen officers rushed, thinking a larger trouble was stirring.
Lucky for everyone, the man was quickly taken care of, but Sergeant Jon Harris decided to take the stage and do some karaoke: and not just any song, but a gay anthem I will survive by Gloria Gaynor! Hilarity ensured, and the patrons seemed to enjoy it!
